Umlando Projects is a company that is very conscious of its surrounding. Not only are we conscious of the communities under which we operate and serve, but we also acknowledge our role in sustaining the environment within which we operate as a company.

Architectural Services:
– We provide Space Planning Services; Interior Design and Decorating; Building Design and Project Management Services within the Building Environment.
Training and Development:
– As a LG SETA and AGRISETA accredited entity, we also provide Training on short Skills; Learnership; Apprenticeship and other SETA Qualifications.
– Our training is SAQA and SETA aligned and approved.
– We also provide a Project Management Service within the training space.
Building Maintenance:
We are also CIDB1 graded, which allows us to do minor Construction, Refurbishments and Maintenance work for our clients. This includes, but not limited to, Painting; Tiling; Carpentry; Brickwork; Plastering; Roofing; Plumbing and other services.
OTHER SERVICES
Quality Assurance:
One of the key factors to sustaining a good relationship with our clients is to ensure that the scope of work is understood and interpreted correctly.
This helps when executing the work to ensure that we always align with the set out specifications and expectations.
Constant monitoring and evaluation throughout the project lifecycle ensures that risks are identified early and mitigation measures put in place in time.
In order to ensure quality deliverables, Umlando Projects chains together three main project components; Quality, Cost and Time.
This also ensures the succession of all our projects- along with customer satisfaction and retention.
Community Building:
It is one of our strategic Management plan to spend and plough back a certain percentage of the total project back to the communities through sponsorships, purchasing materials from local manufacturers and supplies.
In order to further strengthen the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) and Construction Sector of a particular community, we intend to also use Subcontractors from the local community; amongst other things.
Skill Development:
Umlando Projects strongly believes in ensuring that skills are transferred with every project so as to build a skilled South Africa.
It is one of our goals to train a group of employees, in order to leave useful skills within the community; as per our values.
